Psychological Capital and English as a Second Language Classroom Management in Malaysia: The Moderating Effect of Teaching Experience

چکیده

This research explores the influence of psychological capital elementary English as a second language (ESL) teachers in Malaysia on their classroom management and moderation effect working experience influential relationship between ESL management. A survey conducted with 675 Malaysian took part this research, 24 identified by followed up interviewing. From quantitative qualitative analyses, results show that has significant positive Teaching demonstrates casual correlation to The novice is better than experienced teachers. Some implications limitations are put forward.
